INTERNALLY REINFORCED - Using special aluminum brazing techniques and internally reinforced end tubes, the X-TRA Cool Radiators are built to have additional strength at the outside corners where the core is most vulnerable.
GASKET DESIGN - A common failure point in the OE radiator. X-TRA Cool Radiators are built with a proprietary rubber gasket to allow for expansion, contraction, and the ability to handle the flex in the front end of your truck.
REVISED TANK DESIGN - X-TRA Cool Radiators feature revised end tanks for added strength and durability. Reinforcement ribs are strategically added to weak points, and the plastic mix includes a fiber reinforcement that is added during tank construction.
UPGRADED MOUNTING POINTS - The integrated mounting points have been strengthened for added longevity. This extra step allows the X-TRA Cool Radiator to be securely mounted in the same factory locations as the stock radiator.
TANK ATTACHMENT - The Tanks on an X-TRA Cool Radiator are attached to the core with a heavy gauge steel crimp strip. XDP uses steel to hold the tanks on, not aluminum like the factory.
