The Banks Ram-Air Transmission Pan enhances cooling and extends fluid life for the 10L1000 transmission in 2020-2025 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P trucks.

Using Ram-Air technology, it adds 3 extra quarts of fluid capacity while rejecting more heat than stock and competitor pans. The design includes a break-away Ram-Air scoop that directs cool air through 22 external FlowThru Fins, increasing cooling efficiency by 123% in heat absorption and 134% in cooling surface area compared to stock. This precision engineered die-cast aluminum pan features 18 internal fins to absorb heat and improve fluid dynamics. Its smooth interior ensures optimal oil flow, and the pan's design allows for full fluid drainage during oil changes, preventing sludge buildup. A 1/8" NPT port accommodates an auxiliary temperature sensor, and the downward-facing drain port simplifies maintenance. The integrated support structure also functions as anti-slosh baffles, further enhancing fluid stability.
