This butterly valve is known to seize, typically in a closed position, meaning your engine isn't able to expel all of its exhaust, rendering your truck useless until its fixed. Sure, some will either use wire to secure the valve open, or disassemble the outflow valve and remove the butterfly valve from the rotating pin.
