Issues with your heater in your 2002-2009 Ram 2500/3500 can stem from a few different areas. One of the common failure points is the seals for the entire heater & a/c box itself. Bad seals can cause air from your a/c or heater to leak from various areas causing your HVAC system to not direct the air into the cab properly. In the 2006-2010 trucks, there will be two foam pieces not used. This kit will seal both single zone, dual zone, and Mega Cab boxes for the 3rd gen Dodge Ram.
